STEPPING INTO...

PHASE II

Many thanks to everyone who came out to support the Community Health Innovators in Residence at the Ward Infinity Town Hall Forum! If you did not get a chance to attend the Town Hall Forum, no worries. Click here to read about how the Innovators in Residence shined during the forum.

All five teams did exceptionally well. Teams Market 7 and Bloom will be moving forward with Phase 2, where they will obtain personalized technical assistance in business and fund development and additional design coaching. The remaining teams will receive continued support from the Advisory Council and the Sibley Innovation Hub. Lastly, Sibley will assist the cohort in further prototype development, and provide access to workspaces at the Sibley Innovation Hub and the Hive 2.0 in Ward 8. The innovators will remain in contact with the Advisory Council for feedback and recommendations on potential community partners and government contacts who can provide additional guidance.

Ward Infinity is the first-of-its-kind collaboration between individuals and organization in healthcare, government, community-based organizations, and residents, powered by Sibley Memorial Hospital. These strategic partnerships share a common goal to serve the community by building health and wellness programs that target the specific needs of the community.

Again, congratulations to all of the Community Health Innovators in Residence for their passion, loyalty, and dedication to serving their communities.
